Felt very fatigued due to yesterday's run. Actually felt like I had a hangover all day.

Steam Room = 30 mins

Legs still felt a bit tender. Still felt a little fatigued, so I decided against my usual mid-week long run. May treat this week as a "recovery week".

30 mins Elipticol Trainer
15 mins Streching
