Where's Wally?

Today's session was Wild Wally (hill reps). I always find these sessions tough, but I always manage to get through it :-). I felt quite stiff during the warm up and drills.

I did 6 reps today; 3:26, 3:25, 3:27, 3:25, 3:23, 3:23. Total distance for the session 10.4km.
