The Bay.......

Met Katie and Ali nice and early over at the Bay this morning for our easy Friday run. We ran at comfortable pace and chatting all the way, it was one of those perfect runs when everything felt good. Ran past CRs favourite Aunty a couple of times who was all rugged up.

Finished with some streching and nice chat about programs, training and racing.

Total of 7km at 5:45 per kilometre.
